After a freezing cold winter, I’m so glad that spring is finally here and London is beginning to warm up. And it’s never too soon to start enjoying ice-cream…ok did we ever stop eating ice-cream?

And just as St James’ park begins to bloom, Häagen Dazs have introduced delicious new floral flavours to celebrate brighter days, clearer skies and picnics on the grass.
There are two new flavours in the Häagen-Dazs Little Gardens Limited Edition range which are only available in one of my favourite luxury department stores, Liberty.
The Häagen-Dazs Lychee Raspberry Rose is pretty in pink with a perfect combination of the sweet fruity flavours.

Whereas Häagen Dazs Apricot Lavender combines floral and fruity flavours to perfection with real apricot pieces sourced from Morocco.

Häagen Daaz pride themselves on real ingredients and both flavours are made with a base of only four elements; cream, real milk, sugar and free-range eggs.
The pretty tubs have been designed by Jardin de Babylone, a team of botanical artists from Paris, so they are well placed among the other luxury products in Liberty. To celebrate the launch Häagen-Dazs will be taking over one of windows in the Carnaby Street store which will feature a flower installation by designer Rebecca Louise Law.

Now you just need to find the perfect spot to sit and enjoy it…
The Häagen-Dazs Little Gardens range is available exclusively at Liberty London (Regent Street, W1B 5AH) from the 11th of April for a limited period.
