Festivals
Imagine Children’s Festival – a festival of fun and creativity for families at the Southbank Centre includes dance, theatre, comedy, movement and creativity for all ages plus specific activities for neurodivergent children. Also worth visiting is the REPLAY: A Limitless Recycled Playground – a play space made out of repurposed materials (£7.50).

Historic Attractions
Tower of London – ‘Mischief at the Tower’. The classic characters from the Beano are travelling through time. Dennis the Menace and his friends crash their time machine into the fortress and need to find the pieces of their time machine.

London Wetland Centre – Mudfest! Lots of different activities involving playing with mud! I can see this being popular especially with toddlers!

Planetarium at Battersea Powerstation – Planetarium Go! is an immersive pop-up planetarium experience that allows audiences of all ages to explore the universe through several engaging short films.

Mundo Pixar – Probably the Feb launch we are most excited about, the opportunity to step into life-size sets from favourite Disney / Pixar films including Toy Story, Cars, Finding Nemo.

Frameless – Immersive art experience where classic masterpieces are brought to life through projections and surround sound. This half term families are invited to step inside the world of the best-selling picture book The Colour Monster. Young V & A – One of London best museums for children has a new exhibition.‘ Inside Aardman: Wallace and Gromit and Friends‘ goes behind the scenes of the famous stop motion show casing how the classic characters are bought to life.

Hornimann Museum – New exhibition ‘Voyage to the Deep – Underwater Adventures.’ Inspired by Jules Verne’s ‘20,000 Leagues Under the Seas’, families are invited to board the legendary ‘Nautilus’ submarine and discover on an underwater adventure. Includes an Octonauts adventure trail.

Royal Museums Greenwich – There’s lots going on in Greenwich around half term with a focus on LBTQ history as well.
Cutty Sark – Has character actors, crafts and the Rainbow Crew workshop which celebrates the people who used textiles to express identity, pride and belonging across maritime history.
Maritime Museum – arts, crafts, storytelling. Rainbow themed crafts and a story telling of Julian the Mermaid to celebrate Pride.
