Life Lately: This month we celebrated my sister’s baby shower – remember that news I told you I had? Anyway I’m all set to be an auntie again in just under two months time!! If you didn’t already know, my sister has started her own blog too and you can read about all the fun things her and her son Charlie get up to here.

Fun in London: This month has been a little lacking in restaurant reviews but I’ve had some great fun in London including a one-of-a-kind night at London Zoo with Lauren.
I’m also happy to see the Secret Garden at Four Seasons London at Park Lane has reopened and Laura and I headed there for a glass of bubbles!
Literally the perfect alfresco spot in London!
Events: I attended two incredibly inspiring events this month, the first being the Glamour Woman of the Year Awards. I was invited as a guest of Champagne Laurent-Perrier and I headed to Berkeley Square Gardens, with the team. As soon as we hit the red carpet I was surrounded by stars Mollie King, Jourdan Dunn and Dawn French to name a few! Jennifer Saunders was presenting and Olly Murs and Anthony Joshua were sat on the table behind us as well as some of my favourite You-Tubers just a few tables away.
I’m at the @glamouruk awards!!! With @laurentperrieruk #glamourawards

As each lady picked up her award I felt more and more inspired – people such as Nicole Kidman, Amy Poehler and Winnie Harlow gave speeches that were both moving and funny. I was incredibly honoured to be part of the night and a huge thank you to Champagne Laurent-Perrier for bringing me along. I also have to mention the goody bag which was brimming over with beauty, fashion and lifestyle products from various brands including the main sponsor, Next.

Blogosphere Magazine is a publication that I hold in much respect, I think it’s amazing that a magazine has been founded to celebrate our industry. I have a monthly subscription and I love browsing through it and seeing some familiar faces. The magazine held their inaugural awards this month and I headed along to support my friends Eppie, Maggie and Claire and Laura who had been nominated in the travel blogger category.

It was a very well-deserved win for Claire and Laura, two girls that I’ve come to know over this year who are just beautiful inside and out.
Travel: After a quiet April, May and June were packed full of travel! You can read about my incredible foodie trip to Spain with Gin Mare (part 1, part 2 and part 3) on the blog now!
And also check out my YouTube Video:
We had the best time for our wedding anniversary to Milan and Lake Como staying in the Four Seasons Hotel Milano and Grand Hotel Tremezzo. I vlogged my whole experience and I’d love for you to check out the Milan video:
And the Lake Como video:
I totally and utterly fell head over heels with Santorini on recent trip there staying at Santo Maris Oia Luxury Suites & Spa. If anyone has any doubts about going put those aside as it is a truly beautiful place. Need any more persuasion? Check out my video…
I’m publishing this from Spain as I’ve returned, this time with Mr S in tow for a stay at Hotel Abadia Retuerta LeDomaine, a former monastry that boasts it’s own winery and a Michelin-starred restaurant. Later in July I’m heading back into more exotic climes for a press trip to Petit St Vincent, a private island hotel in the Caribbean!
